Over the past 56 years, ACHIEVE has grown to become the largest and most comprehensive voluntary
provider of services to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in the area, serving
more than 1,200 individuals in Broome and Tioga Counties each year.
Bates Troy Inc. processes more than 13,000,000 pounds of laundry at its Laurel Avenue facility for
healthcare providers and nursing homes in the Southern Tier and Central New York as well as northeastern
Pennsylvania. Last year Bates Troy completed a 14,000 square foot, 4.3 million dollar plant & equipment
expansion. Bates Troy also operates three retail dry cleaning and tailoring stores in the Binghamton and Vestal
