Kolob Regional is a center of excellence for short-term rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing care. No other facility in Cedar City provides the combination of these services outside the hospital setting in a congregate care environment.
Short-term Rehabilitation
Coping with a debilitating illness or injury, or recovering from a surgical procedure can be overwhelming. Kolob Regional provides an intensive therapy program that promotes individualized rehabilitation programs patience, compassion, and persistence where wellness goals are met, to enable you to return home and function independently. 24-Hour Nursing Care
Kolob Regional is staffed with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants to assist the resident with their medical needs. The compassionate staff are trained and fully competent in addressing individual needs and always promote independence and resident choice in the decisions of daily activities of living.
Other Services
Kolob Regional provides a variety of activities throughout the year. The intent is to foster socialization, promote individual choice, and provide for independence in meeting the needs of each resident. Activities include: Senior Prom, Country Western Hoe-down, Trick-or-Treat Halloween Activity, Hawaiian Luau, Thanksgiving Buffet, and Christmas Open House, to name a few. A multi-passenger bus facilitates group transportation activities.
